Stage 3 - Blairmore to Elkford
Here's a few photos before, during, and after the longest leg of the race.
1) Support life - it's not always glamorous as the picture suggests (sometimes I have to rub stuff on Ed, let's not mention the "special cream" again)

Hello. My brother is doing the trans rockies this year. Any advice for him ( he is from Elkford B.C and decided that he wanted to do it, he has been training very hard riding up to 90km a day on our mountain trails)
